Who We Are

Hopeful Hands LLC is a veteran-owned business established in 2023, dedicated to providing non-residential outpatient treatment for substance use disorders and co-occurring mental disorders. Our mission is to equip clients with healthy coping skills to avoid relapse and encourage sustainable recovery. We focus on identifying relapse triggers, providing skills training, offering independent living support, and assisting clients in seeking and maintaining employment.

The Hopeful Hands LLC team consists of Behavioral Health Professions with a combined experience of 15 years and support staff who seeks to empower those struggling with addiction to lead meaningful and fulfilling lives. Our medically informed, holistic addiction treatment works for those struggling with addiction and their loved ones who struggle with the ripple effects.


At our counseling facility, we have created a warm and nurturing environment in which patients are encouraged to find clarity and peace with who they are. Our well-appointed facility includes group and individual meeting rooms in which we focus on personal strength, both physical and emotional, to help you take control of your personal demons and conquer your addiction.

Our approach is centered around the understanding that each client is unique, and as such, our BHPs tailor our assessments and treatment plans to address their specific needs. Despite the uniqueness of each case, we ensure that every client, after effective communication, will have clearly defined short-term and long-term goals aimed at a positive influence on their lives.

Hopeful Hands offers various Behavioral Treatment services including:

  • A collaborative therapy where individuals meet in a supportive environment to share experiences, gain insights, and support one another in overcoming challenges. It offers mutual support, diverse perspectives, skill development, normalization, and cost-effectiveness.

  • Offers a safe space for self-exploration, personal growth, and healing, allowing clients to gain insight, develop coping skills, and make positive changes in their lives. A personalized therapeutic approach where a Behavioral Health Tewhnician works one-on-one with a client to address specific concerns, overcome challenges, and achieve personal goals. In private counseling sessions, clients have the opportunity to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in a confidential and supportive environment

  • A collaborative therapeutic approach that involves working with families to address and resolve conflicts, improve communication, and strengthen relationships. In family counseling sessions, all members of the family unit participate together, along with a trained therapist or counselor. The focus is on understanding family dynamics, identifying patterns of interaction, and exploring how individual behaviors impact the family system as a whole. Family counseling aims to foster empathy, promote mutual understanding, and develop healthier ways of relating to one another. By addressing underlying issues and improving communication, family counseling helps families navigate challenges, build resilience, and create a supportive and cohesive family environment.

  • Daily living skills refer to the abilities and tasks necessary for individuals to independently manage their everyday lives and take care of themselves. These skills encompass a wide range of activities, including personal hygiene, household chores, time management, money management, meal preparation, and transportation. Daily living skills are essential for maintaining independence, functioning effectively in society, and achieving a good quality of life. They are often taught and developed through education, training programs, and therapy interventions, particularly for individuals with disabilities, mental health challenges, or developmental disorders. Strengthening daily living skills can enhance autonomy, self-confidence, and overall well-being, enabling individuals to lead more fulfilling and independent lives.

  • DUI (Driving Under the Influence) education and treatment programs are designed to address issues related to alcohol or drug use and driving offenses. DUI education typically involves classroom-based sessions where individuals learn about the risks and consequences of impaired driving, the effects of alcohol and drugs on the body and mind, and strategies for making safer choices behind the wheel. These programs aim to increase awareness, promote responsible behavior, and prevent future DUI incidents.

    DUI treatment is a more intensive intervention tailored to individuals who have been convicted of DUI offenses or have substance abuse problems. Treatment may involve individual counseling, group therapy, and educational workshops focused on alcohol or drug dependency, relapse prevention, coping skills, and behavior change.

  • Encompass a range of interventions aimed at addressing opioid use disorder (OUD) and supporting individuals in their journey toward recovery. These services typically include counseling, relapse prevention and support services prevent . Counseling may include individual or group therapy sessions focused on addressing the psychological, social, and behavioral aspects of OUD. Additionally, Opioid Treatment Services may provide access to other supportive services, such as case management, peer support, and referrals to community resources. The goal of Opioid Treatment Services is to provide comprehensive care that addresses the physical, emotional, and social needs of individuals affected by opioid use disorder, ultimately promoting long-term recovery and improved quality of life.

  • Domestic Violence (DV) Diversion and Treatment programs are designed to address issues related to domestic violence within intimate partner relationships. These programs aim to provide intervention and support for individuals who have engaged in abusive behaviors and help them learn alternative ways of managing conflict and communication.

    DV Diversion programs may be offered as an alternative to traditional criminal justice proceedings for individuals who have been charged with domestic violence offenses. These programs typically involve education, counseling, and accountability measures tailored to the specific needs of the individual and the circumstances of the offense.

    DV Treatment programs are more intensive interventions designed to address the underlying issues contributing to abusive behavior and support individuals in making lasting changes. DV Treatment may involve individual or group therapy sessions, safety planning, and skill-building exercises aimed at promoting healthy and non-violent relationships.
